Administration Assistant - Carol Smith

Carol is the personal assistant to the Managing Director. Carol assists Stack Masula in all projects from start to completion. With years of knowledge of our clients and the Stack Masula culture, Carol provides integral support to our team members in their respective roles. Carol's excellent administrative and clerical skills are often utilised to fine tune our documentation to ensure they meet the expectations of our clients. Carol's skills are also used to assist in the areas of injury management and WorkCover claims management.

Client Advisor - Melannie Warren

Melannie has attained a Bachelor of Business, is an accredited Workplace Health and Safety Officer and a Fire Safety Advisor. Melannie supports our clients through consultation, documentation preparation, incident investigation and auditing.

With a keen interest in legal compliance she assists in keeping our clients up to date with legislative changes. As an excellent researcher, Melannie performs risk assessments, creates safety plans and is continuously improving our database.

Steve has extensive experience in occupational health and safety systems, rehabilitation, training and auditing. Over his career he has had led and co-ordinated risk management strategies through a regulatory process of system development and compliance auditing.

Steve's strengths lie in risk management and safety system development; this encompasses all levels, from hazard identification and risk assessment through to the development and implementation of comprehensive and effective risk management programs.

Steve will often be involved in the initial assessment stage with Stack Masula's clientele. Steve's role includes supporting clients to achieve compliance with their health and safety obligations and the fostering of safe working environments to enable relevant legal obligations to be met.

Steve holds a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, is an accredited Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator and is a RABQSA Certified Auditor. Steve also has numerous other OHS related qualifications to assist in supporting Stack Masula's clientele.

Payroll and Accounts Adminsitrator - Jason Chan

Jason brings to Stack Masula his accounts and payroll expertise to look after our accounting processes. He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in professional accounting; a Diploma of Multimedia and IT; and has 2 years accounting and bookkeeping experience.

Janet is currently responsible for the development, management and review of project-specific Environmental Management Systems and policies. She is also helping to enhance the environmental profile within Stack Masula. Her strengths lie in her efficient work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. She also utilises her excellent communication skills in liaison with clients.

Josephene is currently completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. She provides research and administrative support to Stack Masula staff to enable the provision of timely and quality support to our clients.
